Well my sister,concerning this issue,believe what you want my dear,cos i have seen you are bent on believing that women can have authority over men cos thats the only thing that i am trying to tell you is wrong.You need your mind renewed in that aspect,go read your bible and see what your bible says about it.I don't agree with your friend that says that women are inferior,No.The scriptures declares that we can do nothing against the truth but for the truth,let God be true and all men liars.In every case,we are here to bring our opinions but at the end of the day,end with the opinion of the creator,lets assume that what i said and what you said,are our opinions,go read the letters of Paul,read your bible and see the creator's opinion so you wont go about praying for others to change on the truth instead of you changing,we are to pray his will.If you see what the evil of women in authority is before God's eyes,you will immediately start praying for others to see it.Eve didn't force Adam,yes,if you haven't made a man do what he didn't want to do,go ask the ladies that have done it,they will tell you that they didn't force the men either.God made women and equipped them to be help meet and not to lead men and when they get into the leading part,its very deadly, such like me and you haven't recovered from and is also the root of this discussion......i cant force you to believe the truth,if we do not see the truth,our opinion remains the truth we know.....may God help us to see

she din't force adam to take the evil fruit. Adam was there when she was tempted and the way Eve fell is the same way Adam also fell. supposing Adam refused to take the evil fruit the God wld have delt with Eve and Satan but he also ate it.
then, concerning what is happening in my house: my parents always takes decisions together, my father doesn't take any decision alone and the same thing apply to my mother. in many decisions we as children are also included.
this makes the family to grow and this is the example I have.

Ruth,if you read Shalom's comment very well,she is referring to the friend you said you were discussing with and not about the comment i made about the head.Do you know that the Love of God does not deny the order of God.A woman's desire to be in a place of authority is the flesh not of God.Paul was speaking of order when he made that statement.Authority flows from the head.In your household,there is no discrimination,everyone loves each other but when it comes to authority and decision,it is your dad and that doesn't deny the fact that he loves you and your mum.Yes,he is the head over all,Hmm,didn't you see also that man is the head of woman.Read your bible very well,man and woman is equally loved of God but God's order of leadership is man,Jesus loved many women you say but how come he only chose men as his apostles.Men and women are equal spiritually and physically but whether we want to accept it or not,it is clear in the Bible,women do not have authority over men,it happened in Genesis,thats why me and you are here today struggling with the Sin nature.

but this is something that lot of people believe in! let us pray that they will change one day!
the way Jesus loved women when He came on this earth, I don't know the reason why some people are still having that mentality!
then when the Bible says that Christ is the head of the Man, it means that He is the head of men and women. He is the head over all.

I guess the problem with people of such is that they try to find excuse to justify their promiscous acts and try to use the bible as a means of justifying it. For example, early white people justified slavetrade by using the bible; I believe people should stop bringing their interpretations to the bible. It is rather sad that people use the bible to support rather unfair acts. Where is it written in the bible that women are physically and spiritually inferior to men? Please kindly tell your friend to find the chapter and verses.

Women are not and will never ever be inferior to men in anyway at all but No woman whatsoever should have authority over men,the first time it happened by chance,it changed the course of humanity,may God not find us doing it deliberately today,Amen.They can contribute to any discussion when allowed but not in a place of decision or authority over men...........May God help us all to see His order.....Christ is the head of the Man(not woman),Man is the head of Woman (not the other way round).....If God gives a woman any revelation and she doesn't submit it to this divine order,be sure that Lucifer will step in with her armies of torment and deception,the same way he did with eve......This is a "summary" of what i think.
